INK Focus - Buffalo Zine 'Mother'

Launched in 2011 by photographer Adrian González-Cohen and Art Director David Uzquiza, Buffalo Zine is an independent, and irreverent, bi-annual publication.

The magazine changes format and transforms itself for every issue, working with the best fashion creatives around a different theme.

For Spring/Summer 2024 and its 19th edition, Buffalo Zine is exploring Motherhood.

Amongst all the participants to the issue are co-founder and photographer Adrian González-Cohen and stylist Hamish Wirgman, paying tribute to their own Mother in a fun and touching cover story.

Model Ansley Gulielmi wears the duo's moms - Kerena Brodie Wirgman and Ana Delia P. Somoza - vintage clothes - including their wedding dresses - as well as looks inspired by some of their best fashion moments, by Givenchy and Alaia amongst others. The series also features motherly square objects as sacred memorabilia.

Since our inception in 2017 INK has been a proud supporter of Buffalo Zine, regularly collaborating, we are thrilled to have been a part of this new issue.
