Camilla Bateman Joins INK as Global Managing Director of Motion

We’re delighted to welcome Camilla Bateman to INK as Global Managing Director of Motion. Her appointment marks the latest chapter in a remarkable career spanning film, advertising, luxury, and post-production; bringing over three decades of leadership experience across London and New York.

Camilla has built a reputation for helping creative businesses grow by building strong teams, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and aligning brand vision with commercial performance. At INK, she will lead the strategic development of our Motion offering, deepening services and expanding our global presence across London, Paris, Amsterdam, and New York.

She joins INK from her role as Global Managing Director at Studio RM, where she played a pivotal part in expanding the company’s international footprint and growing its client base across fashion, culture, and luxury. Her tenure was defined by significant momentum in the motion business, greater operational rigour, and increased global visibility. She worked closely with top-tier photographers, filmmakers, and brand leaders, developing Studio RM’s standing as a world-class post-production studio. Before Studio RM, Camilla led business development at the Moving Picture Company (MPC), where she spearheaded experiential and digital initiatives for clients including Balenciaga, ING Bank, and Lynx.

Her work bridged creative ambition with technical excellence, delivering high-impact campaigns that pushed the boundaries of commercial storytelling. She also served as Head of Client Services at Spring Studios in both London and New York, playing a key role in transforming the agency’s production offering. There, she oversaw global campaigns for Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Tom Ford, Estée Lauder, Apple, and Chanel, developing full-service work across print, digital, and film. Earlier in her career, Camilla was Managing Director of Focus PR, where she built a high-performance culture focused on beauty, fragrance, and fashion, translating brand insight into strategy and execution.

Throughout her career, Camilla has demonstrated a deep understanding of the creative and commercial codes of global luxury. She is known for fostering high-performing teams rooted in trust and accountability, and for guiding complex projects with a mix of creative intuition and strategic precision. Her ability to align creative excellence with operational scale has made her a trusted partner to some of the world’s most respected brands.
