The Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Runner to support the smooth running of our London studio. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across post-production while playing a vital part in client service and studio operations.
The role is varied, working across every department, so if you’re passionate about the creative industries and eager to learn, this is your chance to grow within a fast-moving studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients during meetings and sessions, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable.
- Organise refreshments, room setups and provide basic technical troubleshooting for client-facing sessions.
- Maintain a polished, professional studio environment in keeping with the expectations of our high-end clients.
- Manage office administration, including expenses, studio supplies, deliveries (prints, hard drives, samples).
- Assist with bookings for team travel between our London, Paris, Amsterdam, and New York offices.
- Help with archiving and digital asset management, ensuring resources are accessible and secure (using Dash and LTO).
- Support the Stills team with print requests.
- Contribute to studio special projects, such as events, workshops, exhibitions and print sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- A productive mentality that thrives solving problems under pressure, and is able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional, discreet, client-facing approach.
- Comfortable in a technical setting, with basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- A genuine interest in photography, fashion, art, digital retouching and/or creative production.
Experience working on set in photography or film production is advantageous but not required.
